In the 3 years and 1 month I've been bitching at them I've had TWO people actually try to help. TWO out of dozens of conversations. **** everyone at Spectrum but those two. Hope the rest of them get diarrhea

As an end to this thread. After my experiences with @Ask_Spectrum and @CenturyLink in 2014 that you two are The. Worst. ISPs. In. America. I'm switching the second I find something stable nearby.
